Ever heard of "tapping"? If you're like us you're probably going... umm, wut? Stick with us here!  Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT) is a combination of Ancient Chinese Acupressure and Modern Psychology that works to physically alter your brain, energy system and body all at once. It has been found to reduce stress, lower cortisol, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, relieve pain, increase productivity, and so much more. After the last two years, we can probably all agree that we could use some help in those departments.

That's why we are so excited to bring you this energy healing session with our bud Kristen, who will also be sharing about her breast cancer story and how tapping has helped her.

What you'll need:

-A quiet + comfy place to do the workshop

-Yoga mat is optional but not required

If you're someone who likes to do some homework beforehand, check out tapping in action on Instagram @kristencurtis_eft.

RSVP through the link above, and we'll share the Zoom link and other important details with you beforehand.
